New York Entrepreneur Don Winger

An entrepreneur and executive with more than three decades of experience, Don Winger has served as the chief executive officer of New York-based Capinteract since 2018. Over the course of his career, he has focused on alternative assets and infrastructure fintech for water and energy utilities. For 17 years, Don Winger served as the chief executive officer of AnalytX, a software development firm he built from the ground up.

Under Mr. Winger’s leadership, AnalytX expanded to more than 120 employees across multiple international officers. In addition to providing technology solutions for private equity and alternative assets, he and the company developed an innovative Private Equity Office (PEO) platform to handle multi-layer investment structures. After AnalytX’s acquisition by efront (now Blackrock), he oversaw growth and staffing during the transition period, then served as chief officer of technology and innovation.

Don Winger holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy from Randolph-Macon College and a master of business administration from George Mason University. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys hiking, yoga, and meditation.
